motion is this week’s 52 theme! i thought it was perfectly fitting to post some great motion pictures from raney’s t-ball game. this is his very first season at playing and he is doing so great at it and we are loving every bit of watching him grasp more and more of the sport as the season goes on.
and since we have games twice a week, one being on a week night when dad has to go off to work, here’s a quick picture in between innings with dad as he has to leave to burn the midnight oil!!! 
and i have to mention about a HUGE PROUD mama moment from this past tuesday’s game when our baby was named “player of the game”!!!!!!!!! images coming soon!!!!

this week’s theme: paper. as in, now i have 50 paper bags, since they don’t sell just 10 to a pack! and if they do, I sure couldn’t find them!
raney has a school field trip this morning and has to have his lunch in a paper bag…..so here it is, in all it’s glory…..his paper bag lunch!
now i’m off to actually spend the day with my baby and his very first EVER school field trip……..have a very happy easter weekend!

wow! it’s happening again! my baby is turning another year older and it seems to come faster and faster every year!!!
you, my sweet boy, are such an incredible smart and witty young man with a heart soooooooo loving!!! you truly amaze me!!!
…and OH are you silly….ohhhhhh…..so, so silly……..you are constantly just cracking us up!
i fell deeply in love with you the moment i laid eyes on you when you were born and have continued to fall head over heels in love with you over and over again, you make it just so darn easy!
you are my absolute favorite subject to shoot, even though you can get a little bored and want so badly to just be off with your lightsabers as you undertake the role of general grievous to take down the one and only obi-wan kenobi (you always want to be the BAD guy)!!!
but as i continue to plead for just “one” more……you never disappoint.
i will NEVER get tired of your random, out of the blue kisses, hugs and “i love you’s”. you really are the sweetest child who has forever stolen my heart!

~ and can you not get over how super adorable that crown is from sweet violet jane!!! they are all reversible and the fabric on each one is so soft and as you can see here as Raney models one of the boy’s crowns they are amazingly cool for your little guy. and to see all her creations along with the gorgeous girls ones too, make sure you check her esty store out!!!!!!
it’s 52 on friday already, and it’s week 14. i pretty much knew what i wanted to capture for this weeks theme……hands. my husband and i celebrated our 10 year anniversary last year and had talked for quit sometime what we wanted to get each other as a gift, which was a tattoo on our ring fingers of our son’s name. it’s written perfectly to fit under our wedding bands…….
but every now and then when our rings move around it will sneak out and remind us that it is perfect in every way possible!!! one of these days i’ll post mine, but today i wanted it to be all about the man who has given me EVERYTHING!
